This is dependent upon your method of application.
If you are using jelly stickers for application, and gently removed & cleaned after used, they normally can be reused for 3-5 times.
However, if you are using glue for application, they cannot be reused and will somehow hurt your natural nails after removal, so glue is not suggested.
3) Do I need to cut my own nails short before applying the press-on nails?
It’s generally recommended to trim and shape your natural nails short before applying. This can ensure the jelly sticker can fit perfectly to your natural nails and better adherence to the press-on nails. However, it’s not necessary to cut them extremely short, just make sure the jelly sticker can fit fully on your nails to achieve the best results.
4) Can press-on nails damage natural nails?
Yes! Press-on nails are safe for natural nails when used correctly. Be sure to follow the application and removal instructions as shown in our website to avoid any damage to your nails.
5) Do press-on nails come in different shapes and lengths?
The length and the shapes of the press-on nails is fixed and is exactly the same as in the pictures. We don't provide options for customization at this time.
6) How do I remove press-on nails without damaging my natural nails?
Kindly follow the removal instructions on our website. Soak in warm water, gently pry the press-on nails from the sides, Avoid pulling or forcing them off! If you encounter resistance, you can apply some oil or soak your nails a bit longer so the press-on nails will loosen.
7) Can press-on nails be trimmed or filed to customize the shape?
Yes, they can be trimmed or filed to customize the shape. You can use nail clippers or a nail file to adjust the length or edges to fit your preferences. However, it is not suggested as it might damage the appearance of the press-on nails and the color might peel off easier.
8) Can I request a design not listed on the site?
Not at this time, but new designs will be uploaded monthly so be sure to check back on our website for the latest designs.
9) When can I receive my order?
Most of the time, ready stock order is expected to be shipped out within (1- 3 days) after payment date; For pre-order, it is expected to be shipped out within (7 - 18 days) after payment date, you will be notified via email/sms once your order is shipped out.
