DAMAGED GOODS

We strive to deliver products in perfect condition, but in the event that you receive damaged goods, please notify us within 24 hour of receiving the item. Provide clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging to sales@myfingerella.com. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund.
